CHRISTMAS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All bookings must be confirmed with a £15 deposit per person.
2. All deposits and advanced payments on bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments for cancelled guests will not be refunded or transferred to the remaining balance.
3. Full pre-payment is required at least 6 weeks in advance of the event with final numbers and menu choices.
4. Provisional bookings will only be accepted until 30th September. All deposits for provisional bookings must be paid by 30th September. Tullyglass House Hotel reserve the right to cancel any bookings with no deposits paid after the 30th September.
5. £50 deposits and credit card details are necessary to secure all accommodation bookings.
6. Headline acts and entertainment are correct at time of printing – the Tullyglass House Hotel cannot be held responsible for events outside of their control, resulting in any change to the named entertainment.
7. Tullyglass House Hotel accepts no responsibility for not being able to accommodate extra guests added after the initial booking.
