The Byres Bakehouse was established in 2015 by Joanne Hamill and is situated 8 miles outside Ballymena Town and 4 miles outside Broughshane village. Joanne is a fully qualified chef who holds a Master’s Degree, a BSc Honours degree in Culinary Arts Management and a Teaching Certificate in Hospitality. The Byres Bakehouse produces bespoke wedding cakes tailored to each individual couple’s needs and requirements. Joanne works along with each couple on a one to one consultation to help design their wedding cake. The Byres Bakehouse offers complimentary tasting sessions for clients with no obligation to book. We use locally sourced ingredients where possible to produce our freshly baked products everyday.
