The Tullyglass House Hotel, set in its own grounds on the outskirts of Ballymena is an imposing country residence dating from 1890 which has been sympathetically converted to retain its former style and character, while offering all the amenities that one would expect in a modern hotel. The hotel has undergone a 5 million pound refurbishment and can now boast a banqueting suite fit for a king and Queen known as the Clocktower suite. The 25,000sqf purpose built Banqueting facility can host some of the largest Gala Balls in Ireland. Specially designed for the ultimate in versatility the facility can adapt to suit the event size and requirements. In addition the hotel also provides banqueting facilities within the beautiful surroundings of the Kensington Suite and Conservatory. Elegant bars adorn each facility providing a non-stop drinks service while our kitchens offer a fabulous choice of subline food served just when you want it.

  • Our facilities are fully flexible, whether it is a small management meeting (which can be held ‘in-camera’ in our stand alone, purpose-built facility), a meeting or conference, an exhibition, a catered function, or just a formal or informal meal, the hotel can accommodate your requirements.
  • The Clocktower Suite is one of Northern Ireland’s largest conference rooms, and is regularly used for events of between 800-1300. It can be configured as one large open space, or sub-divided into up to four individual meeting rooms, either for smaller seminars, or those requiring different spaces for discrete elements of a larger event.
  • The Corinthian Suite has recently been completely restyled and can cater for up to 200 delegates ‘theatre style’ but again can offer flexibility, a range of alternative conference layouts are available.
  • The Conservatory Suite offers a more relaxed environment, but is commonly set up in boardroom style for smaller groupings.
  • The Residence has been purpose-built and is a self-contained building within the grounds of the hotel. It includes a meeting room, bedrooms and stand-alone catering facilities, making it ideal for small high-level meetings, particularly those that require privacy.
