Health and Safety Commitment

Bookings should be made in advance for all food and accommodation services on our website at www.tullyglass.com or via telephone. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide services for walk ins.

An express check out service will be available, thereby avoiding the need to visit reception

Our highly trained Reception Team will be on hand at all times to ensure guests are safe and comfortable during their stay with us.

Our Housekeeping Team will be increasing the frequency of cleaning throughout the hotel. Door handles and other touch points will be cleaned regularly.

We will provide hand-sanitisation units throughout the hotel for use by staff and guests.

We will respectfully request guests use electronic card payment whenever possible.

Items such as condiments and menus will be changed to single use.

We will introduce a one-way flow system within several areas of the hotel – we respectfully request that you follow this system.

We will ensure appropriate social distancing rules are maintained throughout the hotel.

We will continue to monitor and update our Health and Safety Commitment in line with best practices and advice from the government.

Common Questions & Answers

Is the hotel open?
We are open for business from Monday 24th May and reservations can be made online or via phone Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm 028 25652639 should you need any assistance with your booking or need to speak with one of our team.

What is the cancellation policy?
Guest room reservations booked directly with the hotel can cancel within 48 hours without any penalty. In the event that there is delay in the reopening date of the hotel due to government advice and your arrival is within that delayed period there will be no charge to cancel your reservation. You will have the option to reschedule to a future date.

Guests who have made a reservation via online travel agents, online booking platforms or with a third-party professional, should please contact their booking agent directly for any adjustments and relevant cancellation policy.

Should you develop a new and consistent cough and/or a fever prior to your arrival, we ask that you do not attempt to travel. Please contact us as soon as possible prior to arrival date and we will offer you the option of changing the date of your reservation, holding your existing payment as credit against a future booking.

Will the dining and beverage facilities be open?
All bookings for residents and non-residents should be made online via our website or telephone.

Austin’s Bar and Restaurant
Our restaurant and bar menu will be available from 10am to 9pm seven days a week with table service for all beverages.

The Post House Carvery
Many of you will have experienced our famous Carvery before and whilst it will have the same great food, quality and quantity of dishes available, we have made some changes to the delivery of this service to ensure we meet the highest health and safety standards. Shields and additional health and safety measures have been introduced and staff will serve each course to you at the counter, operating a deli style. Management will ensure the flow of guests during each course is managed to ensure social distancing is maintained at all times so you can enjoy your meal with your household.

The Post House Carvery will open on Monday 24th May hours as follows;

Monday – Friday
Lunch: 12:00pm – 3pm
Dinner: 5:00pm – 9:30pm

Saturday and Sunday
12noon to 8.30pm

Afternoon Tea
It is planned Afternoon Tea will be available from Monday 24th May between 12noon and 4pm. Afternoon Tea will be available every Monday to Saturday between 12noon and 4pm. This will only be available via advanced bookings made on our website or via telephone.

Room service
It is planned that a limited room service menu will be available to all residents.

What is the cleaning procedures of guest rooms?
The hotel has rigorous cleaning procedures as standard throughout. As an extra precaution, we have introduced enhanced cleaning and sanitisation protocols throughout all bedrooms, public areas and back of house. Hand sanitisers are also available for all guests and team members to use.

The hotel continues to follow the latest guidance from NI Direct and the NHS, and ensuring all staff are up to date with enhanced procedures across the hotel.

Can I buy a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can be purchased online for use throughout the hotel or via telephone.

The expiry date on all gift vouchers was paused whilst we were closed so rest assured you will have the opportunity to use them in the near future

I have a wedding or event booked; will it go ahead?
We look forward to welcoming you to the hotel and request that you kindly contact our events team if you would like to discuss your wedding or event booking.

Can I make a wedding appointment?
Are you engaged or thinking of getting married? Please contact us via info@tullyglass and our dedicated wedding team will be in contact to arrange a wedding viewing appointment and discuss wedding packages and date availability.

Have there been any confirmed cases within the property past or present?
There have been no confirmed cases of COVID-19 at the hotel.
