Some questions you might want to ask your wedding coordinator include

  • How many guests can you accommodate in the daytime and evening?
  • Is your venue licenced to host civil wedding ceremonies?
  • Are there onsite photographic spots?
  • What room/table decorations are included in your wedding package?
  • What food and drink options are offered throughout the wedding?
  • What menu options do you have for guests with dietary restrictions and requirements?
  • Who will be my point of contact in the lead-up to the wedding?
  • Do you have recommended external suppliers?
  • Is there onsite parking for my guests?
  • What is the changeover plan from meals to dancing?

What will my first appointment include?

Your first wedding venue appointment can be a little overwhelming and daunting. After all, this is all new to you. Our wedding coordinators are aware of this, and they are fully equipped to help you relax and enjoy the wedding planning process.

Upon arriving at your wedding venue appointment, you will be welcomed by your dedicated wedding coordinator. They will then walk you through our wedding facilities – we recommend that you take lots of photos for your friends and family.

Following this, you will take a seat and enjoy a celebratory beverage while your wedding coordinator discusses the Tullyglass wedding brochure and packages. We will also provide you with date availability, this is the ideal time to ask any questions you may have. You will also receive a quotation – you must be aware of your wedding requirements for this to be most useful.

We permit couples to provisionally reserve their favoured date for 10 days. This creates time to contact your favoured wedding suppliers. In this time, you will also confirm which package is best suited for your wedding day wishes.

You have chosen Tullyglass as your wedding venue. What is the next step?
