How did you meet?
Met through our university course in final year
When did you know they were ‘the one’/how did they pop the question?
We got engaged just before heading away on a spa break for the weekend, it was lovely to be able to relax after all the initial excitement
How did you begin planning your wedding?
By thinking of what would be important to us on the day – travel time, food and drink options etc and just worked from there
Why did you choose Tullyglass House Hotel as your Wedding Venue?
We had a list of ‘must haves’ in a wedding venue which really narrowed down our options for viewing. Tullyglass ticked all the boxes and on the day of being shown around we just knew it was the right fit for us
What gives Tullyglass House Hotel the WOW factor?
The beautiful grounds for photographs, stunning bridal suites, really high quality food being served (and lots of it)
What was the biggest MUST HAVE for your wedding?
Bag pipes & drum for exiting the ceremony, we knew we wanted that before even thinking of venue options!
What was the best part in the build up to your Wedding Day?
There was a heat wave the week leading up to the wedding so the driving around sorting last minute bits and meeting those who had flown in was genuinely really enjoyable!
Other than saying ‘I do’, what is the most unforgettable moment from the day?
Definitely the evening when all the formalities were over and we were able to enjoy the music and dancing with friends and family. Particularly us both being treated to the bumps by our guests after the final song

Better Together – Luke Combs
Where was your Honeymoon location?
We went to Rome for a short break immediately after the wedding and then headed for a bigger trip to Japan in October
What’s the best advice you could give to future couples getting married at Tullyglass House Hotel?
Enjoy the run up to the day as much as you can and feel safe in the knowledge that the staff at the Tullyglass will be taking care of everything, including things you hadn’t even thought of 😊
